About Me
The Start...
Growing up, nutritious food was scarce in our household.
With limited resources, my diet rarely reflected the kind of health I now advocate.
Early on, I learned that being healthy isn't just about what we eat—it's about resilience, building confidence, and finding a true sense of purpose.

But, like so many, my journey to get here wasn’t straightforward or easy.

Isolation and struggle were common themes in my childhood.
I often felt sidelined, unsure of myself, and disconnected from what was taught in school.
With ADHD, traditional learning methods didn’t click, and I constantly searched for a path that felt like my own.

As a scrawny teenager, I was always in pursuit of confidence and direction.
I started going to the gym at 15, hoping that building physical strength would bring me some self-assurance. But despite my efforts, I stayed tiny, unsure of how to actually make meaningful progress toward the body and health I wanted.

What I didn’t realise then was that my journey to health would go beyond physical strength. It would mean learning about balance, discipline, and nutrition from a whole new perspective, all while building a sense of purpose I could feel every day.
From Anxiety to a Life of Health...
By the time I turned 18, I was struggling with crippling anxiety and a deep sense of purposelessness.
Without direction, I felt adrift, uncertain of who I was or what I could contribute.
But it was during this time that I found a spark—the drive to transform my life.

That transformation began when I decided to dive into the world of nutrition and health, which soon became my true passion.
I spent endless hours consuming anything about nutrition I could get my hands on—reading forums, absorbing books, listening to debates, and stealing nutrition books from the library (sorry, Mum!).
I was hooked, doing everything I could to understand how nutrition shapes our bodies and minds.

With this new obsession, I began applying what I knew to my life - I went from a 60kg teenager with little muscle and no confidence to a 77kg man maintaining sub-15% body fat year-round. At 19 I had the confidence to take up boxing, and competed in Sheffield, and 5 years later stepped onto the rugby field for the first time (having never touched a rugby ball in my life)—ten years later, I was proudly asked to become Vice Captain.
Fast forward 15 years, and that drive led me to complete an MSc in Nutrition.
Today...
Today, I lead The Nutritionist UK, having successfully ran a business in the field of children's nutrition for over a decade.
Through coaching, I help my clients unlock the confidence, balance, and vitality they need to live fully—for themselves and their families.

My journey to health and strength wasn’t just academic; it’s been a lived experience, I've taken every supplement you can imagine, tried every diet, made every mistake and can see through every diet scam!

Beyond the physical, I’ve found my purpose in educating and connecting with my clients, guiding them to embrace a healthy lifestyle that doesn’t mean sacrificing life’s joys.
My journey is a testament to what’s possible with resilience and commitment.

So, if you’re lacking confidence, feeling unsure about nutrition, or confused about where to begin with your health, I’ve been there—and I’m here to help.
Let’s take the journey together toward health, strength, and purpose.
