Why Work With Me?
If you’re changing how you eat, train and live day to day, it helps to have an experienced professional in your corner.
Not just knowledge. Expert judgement you can trust.
Registered Nutritionist (MSc, RNutr)
I'm Paul Evans
I’m a Registered Nutritionist from Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, in the Midlands - with over a decade of experience helping people improve energy, performance and body composition in ways that hold up in real life, not just on paper.
My work focuses on clarity, consistency and structure, so progress continues even when life gets busy.
I help people make good decisions around food, training and recovery when things aren’t perfect.
-
When days are busy.
-
When motivation dips.
-
When life doesn’t allow for precision.
The focus is simple:
Clear structure, sound judgement, and systems that hold up under pressure.
My Background
Qualifications
I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Counselling, alongside a Master’s degree in Nutrition. I am a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr), a protected title that reflects evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and professional accountability.
This background allows me to work with both the physiology and the behaviour behind food, energy and performance, not just the numbers.
Proven & Trusted
I host one of the UK’s top-ranked nutrition podcasts, consistently placing in the Top #2 nationwide, where I cut through misinformation and explain nutrition, behaviour and health without hype or extremes.
My work has supported thousands of people to improve energy, confidence and control around food, not by doing more, but by focusing on what actually moves the needle long-term.
Eating behaviour, relationship with food and unstructured eating patterns
Fat loss, weight management and paediatric nutrition
Sports and performance nutrition
Stress, burnout, fatigue and energy regulation
I've supported:
-
People who are capable and motivated, but tired of feeling inconsistent with food and energy
-
Busy adults juggling work, family and life, who need nutrition to work in the real world
-
People who want to lose fat, gain strength, improve performance or simply feel better day to day
-
Those who know “what they should do” but want clarity, structure and calm execution
-
Those who want their health to support their life, not become another source of stress
This matters because your challenge is rarely about food in isolation. It's about how food fits into your life.

Why My Approach Is Different
Most nutrition advice focuses on short-term compliance.
My work is built around what holds up under real life pressure.
I don't ask: "What's the perfect plan?"
I ask: "What will still work when you're tired, stressed, travelling, busy or fed up?"
Structure over restriction
Consistency over intensity
Systems over willpower
Energy and recovery not just fat loss
This is why my clients don't just get results. They keep them.
Who I Don't Work With
This programme isn't for everyone.
I don't work with people looking for:
-
Quick fixes or shortcuts
-
Extreme restriction or punishment-based plans
-
Someone to micromanage every food choice
-
A plan that only works when life is calm and motivation is high
I work with people who want:
-
Clarity around what actually matters
-
Structure they can rely on
-
Calm around food and decisions
-
A system that adapts as life, work and training change
If that sounds like you, we’ll work very well together.

EAT. ACHIEVE. REPEAT
Why This Still Starts With a Call
Credentials matter. Experience matters.
But nothing replaces understanding you.
The call isn't about convincing you. It's about making sure this is the right fit - for both of us.
That's how good work is done.
EAT. ACHIEVE. REPEAT. -Evidence-based. Human-focused. Built for real life.
