Overcoming Cravings and Regaining Control
Before starting the Six Week Fat Loss programme, Charlie often found himself unable to resist junk food, leading to overeating and frustration.
However, this programme didn’t force him to give up everything he loved. Instead, I taught Charlie how to build his favourite treats into his daily routine in a healthy, balanced way.

Many people think that losing weight is just about cutting calories, but understanding how to balance your macros is a science and a key to lasting success. Often clients will experience a plateau - Charlie dropped a kg a week for 3 weeks and then stalled, just by changing his ratios the following week we dropped another 10% from the week previous.
Throughout the process, using info learned during check-ins and our chats, Charlie learned how to optimise his diet, understand the science behind food, and make smarter choices:

Major Milestones: Dropping Below 100kg
One of the most significant moments for Charlie was dropping below 100kg, something he hadn’t achieved in years.
But beyond the number on the scale, he gained a new perspective on how weight fluctuates throughout the week. Armed with this knowledge, he felt in control and learned how to avoid hunger spikes by managing his macros throughout the day.
Charlie was a client who was spot on... he'd ask a thousand questions, ask for resources and take photos of things when he wasn't sure... at first he apologised, then he realised I LOVE questions! And that's why it would be IMPOSSIBLE to not get results.
