Jack’s Incredible Transformation: 12 Weeks and Counting...

(Everything in this piece has been taken from a feedback form) Before starting the 12-week fat loss programme, Jack was stuck in a cycle of frustration. His weight and unhealthy lifestyle were affecting every aspect of his life. Despite trying numerous diets and exercise plans, nothing seemed to work:

"I would try to outwork a bad diet, fail, and then give up on the exercise while maintaining the bad diet"

Jack shared on with me. This led to dangerously high cholesterol levels, a concerning resting heart rate, and constant exhaustion. When Jack joined the programme, he was ready for a change but wasn’t sure what to expect. Over the first 12 weeks, he lost an impressive 20kg, but what’s even more important is how he transformed his mindset and approach to health and fitness:

While the weight loss was significant, the most impactful part of Jack's journey was regaining control of his life: His 5k running time improved from 42 minutes to just over 30 minutes, and his resting heart rate dropped from 83 bpm to 71 bpm:

"My T-shirts are two sizes smaller than they were 12 weeks ago, and I’m sure my resting heart rate will continue to drop as we progress,"

Being there for my clients is something that's so important. "I was a couple of months away from weight loss surgery when I first contacted Paul, and the idea of that now seems like lunacy,"
