Why Most Fat Loss Diets Fail and How to Set Yourself Up for Success 📉

How many people do you know who’ve started a fat loss diet with the best intentions, only to either achieve temporary success or give up after a few days? It’s a story I see all too often, and this past January was no different.

I watched one girl decide to squat every day for 30 days—she disappeared after just 7. Another lad committed to running 5k every day throughout January, but only managed it twice. Then there were three people who signed up for a marathon, and countless others who attempted 'Dry January'… until January 8th when a cousin’s birthday party derailed them.

Here’s the truth: setting targets without really understanding why you’re doing it and how it will benefit you in the long run is pointless. It’s also a recipe for failure if your goals are too unrealistic.

As a Qualified Registered Nutritionist, I can tell you that if you’re serious about losing weight, you need to keep it simple. Don’t cut out everything you enjoy, don’t aim to run before you can walk, and most importantly, stick it out.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, I’m here to help. You can trust my advice because I’m a registered professional who knows what works.
